Born of Fire social impact projects
In the Born of Fire Mentoring Program, girls are offered the opportunity to write for their social impact project. They can join Brooklin Gervais to create characters, co-write or develop a social story for the Ellie the Elephant junior high children's book series or write a chapter for the Born of Fire novel.
Each book from the Ellie the Elephant series helps support college scholarships for girls in our Kenna Girl programs.

Ellie and Brigid's First Day of School
Ellie is just a NORMAL elephant making her way through life with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). It's Ellie's first day of middle school, and she and her new best buddy, Brigid the Bumble Bee, use their superpowers to navigate middle school, stand up to the school bully, and make friendships with their new peers.
